A very striking design, with delightful use of colour and form. It certainly grabs the ey.
However, I do feel that the title gets somewhat lost in all the imagery, too many fonts and styles for the word to hang together. And 'us' is left hanging in the top right hand corner as if it has little to do with the other letters, a few of which are, IMHO, a bit too obscure (the 't', 'h', 'r' and 'o' most obviously.
A greater distinction between the 'Articles' image and the 'About' image improve clarity.
I've gone into detail here as you asked for a critique and this graphic is clearly intended to perform an important role.
And, of course, all that I've said is merely my response and opinion.
